On April 10, 2007, we receive the Better Business Bureau of DE Torch Award. This has been a goal of ours from the start and we couldn't be more pleased. We've taken the following from the BBB web site to help you understand just how honored we are:

The BBB of DE Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics helps illuminate the importance of corporate conscience and responsibility in upholding a fair and honest marketplace.

The company must demonstrate these characteristics:

• High ethical standards toward customers, suppliers, employees and communities;
• Long standing history/reputation of ethical practices in the marketplace;
• Marketing/advertising that reflects a true representation of what is offered;
• Acknowledgement of ethical marketplace practices by peers, media and/or community organizations;
• Management practices that give long-term value to shareholders, customers, employees, vendors etc.; and
• Management applies prudent growth strategies.

2daysBATH has been a member of the BBB of DE since 2001, and our predecessor, BathCrest of Delaware, since 1996. In those 12+ years, we’ve NEVER had a complaint filed against us, ever.

We received the Award of Excellence from our acrylic supplier, Liners Direct, Inc., in 2005, 2006 and 2007 for outstanding performance and customer service excellence.

We’re members of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), the National Association for the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and have pledged to be bound by their Codes of Ethics.

We’re also members of several local groups such as the Home Builder’s Association of Delaware (HBADE) and the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce (NCCC).
